Whilst at M&C Saatchi/LIDA, we successfully pitched and won the Virgin Holidays digital & direct business.

Part of the winning idea was to create a tool to allow customers to find their perfect holiday match in a new and unique way based and their instinctive responses. The choices they selected are collated and then suitable locations are selected and offered up.

This tool became valuable as the amount of drop-off from the website led Virgin Holidays to believe that potential customers were suffering from ‘decision fatigue’, thus this new tool helps to cut through that issue.

As part of the build up to the family holiday, the Virgin Holidays app would count down the days till your trip, travel itinerary and useful tips you'll need to get the most out of your time away.
