Hire with Google is Googles venture into the world of recruitment and human resourcing sector. It is the first entire solution to the hiring process including nurturing passive candidates, filtering active candidates, accepting applications, interviewing processes and engaging promising candidates for future roles…plus more!
With our small team developed the site as a breakdown of the recruitment process to best portray Google Hires capability and superior functionality over the competition. This was created from a comprehensive UX process working daily with the client in San Francisco and creating prototypes to best communicate the functionality. These were used for user testing, refined and applied for the best experience possible for the industry professionals.
I worked as the Creative Lead on the project and involved in every aspect through to launch. I was privileged to be working alongside one of the best designers in creating this piece.
